From material to requested dimensions
Our Baie-D’Urfé facility cuts metals and industrial plastics to your requested dimensions. Include materials, forms, grades and quantities in one quotation request. Our team confirms feasibility and lead time for your project.
Information to include
- Material and grade
- Identify the material, grade or alloy, and required condition if known. Select “Grade to confirm” if you need advice.
- Form and dimensions
- Specify the form, requested dimensions and units. The quote list suggests fields appropriate to the selected form: diameter, thickness, width, wall or length.
- Quantity for each size
- Use one line for each material, grade and dimension combination. Duplicate a line to request a different length or quantity.
- Drawing and requirements
- Attach a drawing when dimensions alone cannot describe the shape or requirements. State any tolerances and requested machining allowance; our team must confirm whether they can be met.
